Varta Child Safety Standards

Varta has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Prohibited Content and Behaviour
Users must not create, upload, distribute, request, promote, or facilitate content or behaviour involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or sexualisation of minors.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including visual depictions involving minors in sexually explicit conduct, is strictly prohibited.
Reporting
Varta provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report users and user-generated content that may violate these standards.

Enforcement
When Varta becomes aware of content or behaviour that violates these standards, appropriate action may include removal of content, restriction or termination of accounts, preservation of relevant information where legally required, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Legal Compliance
Varta complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Where legally required, confirmed instances of CSAM will be reported to the appropriate regional or national authority.
